  • a quiet and comfortable environment

Session fee

The fee for a 50-minute Telehealth session is $200. If you are eligible for a rebate you will receive $92.90 back from medicare. Your out of pocket cost will then be $107.10.

To be eligible for a rebate, you can get a mental health care plan from your GP or psychiatrist. If you have questions about this, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Private health

Depending on your health insurance provider you may be able to claim all or a part of your session.

Initial session

Your initial consultation will involve getting to know you and your goals for therapy. Together we will discuss what ongoing sessions will involve, including session frequency. It is also a good opportunity for you to get a feel for what it will be like working together.

Ongoing sessions

Future sessions may involve a number of different things. Most often we will be working towards your overall goals by discussing recent stressors/events and reviewing progress. To maximise the impact of your 50-minute session, often we will decide together on some tasks or an area for you to focus in between sessions. This will look different for everyone and depend on your unique goals and needs.
